March 14: Renew Your Mindset – A Fresh Perspective
John Butruccio of True Choice Coaching will help you have fun as you uncover tools for clearing out ‘mental clutter’ for more connection in relationships and success in your goals. Learn to recognize blocks that attract stress and distraction, and free-up your thoughts for what you want in life! Gain keys to greater self-awareness and communication that will strengthen relationships and get you closer to the life of your dreams.
March 21: Revitalize Your Body – The Juicy Life!
Dr. Kimberly Higney of cardea center for well-being will help you leave winter behind and refresh your energy for Spring! Learn to purify your body naturally through raw green food juicing and juice cleanses. Learn about the differences between smoothies and juices and the everyday nutritional benefits of each. Discover how to do a cleanse safely to shed the bulk of winter comfort foods, kick start your metabolism, have more focus, brighter eyes, and more naturally luminous skin. Bring your taste buds – we’ll be sampling!
March 28: Rediscover Your Creativity and Passion
Beth Frede of Creative Revelations will lead you through a simple and profound process of painting a Life Balance Mandala to help uncover inspiration, direction, and purpose. Learn to identify life areas calling for attention, and find gratitude and wisdom within a current challenge. Hands-on and no art experience necessary!
April 4: Refresh Your Look – Reveal the Beauty Within
Kriss Soterion of Kriss Cosmetics, and CNN’s Chief of Make-up for Special Events, making up President Obama, Hilary Clinton and others will help you see your unique beauty within, and how to reflect it on the outside, highlighting your best features with polish and sparkle! Reassess your needs for changes of season, changes in life, or for a pick-me up simply because you’re worth it!
